This app is great!

This does exactly what it says. Ive been doing this my whole life, but this app makes sure that all my notes and thoughts about my body during my period are in one place.

And when you do use it, youre able to anticipate the onslaught of symptoms or feelings and body aches that happen with ones cycle. You know whats happening to you so there isnt that awful layer of why am I feeling lethargic. This app just gives me peace of mind and certainty.
